But it is also necessary to know how to listen to the parents, and for the parents to know how to let off steam, to find a place to talk about their problems in their children’s education.
Don’t try to solve everything by yourself, contact the Social Welfare offices in your city. If you think that you might become a violent person in your children’s education, talk to the secretary.
The conversations with the secretary are absolutely confidential. Understand: consultations and contacts can be anonymous, which preserves your identity and your child’s identity.

This is a nationwide phone number that allows you to notify and immediately consult the child guidance center if you think you may have a case of child abuse.
You can contact a child guidance center near you by dialing the child guidance center abuse response number “189”.
Notifications/consultations can be made anonymously, keeping confidential the person making the notification/consultation and the content of the notification.
